Fostering a charitable culture has been one of the driving principles behind the J.M. Rodgers Company.

Involved heavily with charity work for the past 10 years, in 2017 CEO Jamie Rodgers decided to raise the bar and introduce “125 Days of Giving,” to encourage employees to volunteer during work.

n 2017, J.M. Rodgers contributed more than $100,000 to local charities Roots & Wings, the New Jersey Firemen’s Home, local PBAs, the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA, the Lyons VA Hospital and the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation. At the Interfaith Food Pantry, the company donated and delivered more than 3,250 pounds of food.

Employees spent six days building houses for Habitat for Humanity and granted a Make-A-Wish request to a child who wanted a playground. As president of the Mountain Lakes High School Alumni Association and the HERD Alumni Association, Rodgers hosted two golf outings that raised more than $20,000 for the football team and the scholarship fund.
